I’m a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist with a passion for supporting people through every stage of recovery—from cancer care and elective surgeries to prenatal support and chronic swelling management. I’ve been part of Ottawa Cancer and Lymphatics Centre’s team since early 2021, and I feel truly grateful to work in a space where patient care, collaboration, and compassion are at the heart of everything we do. 

My treatments are tailored to your individual goals, combining Swedish massage, manual lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, and myofascial techniques. I also incorporate tools like cupping, low-level laser therapy, and Acuhealth when indicated. Whether you’re navigating post-surgical swelling, cancer-related side effects, or simply seeking relief and relaxation, I’m here to help you feel more comfortable in your body and more like yourself again. 

What I love most about this work is connecting with patients—hearing your stories, helping you feel hopeful, and crafting a treatment that supports both your physical and emotional well-being. I am blessed to be working alongside such a talented group of women whose clients' well-being is their number one priority. I love coming to work each day, which reflects in my care for my patients. We are constantly learning and collaborating to help our patients have the best possible results. 

When I’m not in the clinic (or taking another continuing education course!), you’ll likely find me on a golf course—real in summer, virtual in winter—or spending time with my husband and our daughter, my friends, and extended family. I also have a soft spot for Grey’s Anatomy reruns, and I’m always open to new show recommendations!
