Alisha Oliver

I’m thrilled to be part of Ottawa Cancer and Lymphatics Centre’s team, where I have the privilege of supporting individuals through every stage of their health and healing journey. It’s an honour to work alongside a collaborative and compassionate team of women, providing care that meets people where they are and empowers them toward their goals.

After completing my Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University, I quickly discovered a deep passion for pelvic floor health. This led me to pursue advanced training through Pelvic Health Solutions, where I completed my full pelvic health certification. I now support individuals of all genders in navigating a range of pelvic floor dysfunctions, including incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and post-surgical recovery.

My clinical interests soon expanded to include oncology and lymphedema care. I was drawn to the unique challenges faced by those living with cancer and beyond and felt inspired to broaden my scope of practice, leading me to become a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. These additional credentials have deepened my ability to offer holistic, specialized care for individuals affected by cancer and lymphatic conditions.

With a foundation in both pelvic health and oncology rehabilitation, my approach is grounded in whole-person care. I believe in fostering strong therapeutic relationships, where collaboration, education, and empathy form the core of every treatment plan. Whether I’m helping someone return to daily activities, manage chronic symptoms, or regain confidence in their body, my goal is to support each client’s well-being in a meaningful, personalized way.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy staying active through sports, weightlifting, and yoga, exploring new restaurants, and traveling. I also love spending time with my husband and our dog, Remy, and unwinding with a good book.
